OEsupplies ("we", "us") provides procurement, IT support, cybersecurity, and .gy domain registration services. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we protect it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to do the work you ask us to do.
Information we collect
- Contact and enquiry details you give us through the website form, email, phone or WhatsApp — typically your name, organization, email, and a description of what you need.
- Domain registration details required by the .gy registry to register or manage a domain on your behalf — registrant name, contact details, and nameservers.
- Order and payment information when you place a domain order. Payment is processed through Mobile Money Guyana (MMG); we do not store card or mobile-wallet credentials on our systems.
- Anonymous usage data via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first: it uses no cookies and does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes.
- To deliver the services you engage us for, including registering and managing domains.
- To process orders and payments.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the providers needed to deliver a service, and only the data they need:
- The .gy domain registry (CoCCA) — for domain registration and management.
- Mobile Money Guyana (MMG) — to process payments.
- Cloudflare — hosting, security and privacy-first analytics.
- Email and form providers (Google Workspace, FormSubmit) — to receive and respond to your messages.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless and reports only aggregate, non-identifying data such as page views and country.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and registry obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Security
The site runs on Cloudflare's global edge with HTTPS enforced, a strict content-security policy, and hardened security headers. Access to client information is limited to those who need it to do the work.
